Greetings BPI Community,

Thank you for taking time to participate in Poly Athletics!
We are very excited to introduce our new method of registering for your convenience.

Please Read: Our Registration Process:

  1. ​Online Registration (below) - Parent permission and signature is required.
  2. Submit completed and valid pre-participation physical evaluation to your head coach. - CLICK HERE FOR HEALTH HISTORY & PHYSICAL.
  3. The above steps 1 & 2 must be completed in advance (required to tryout) before step 4 can be completed.
  4. All registering participants will then be screened for academic eligibility, school enrollment, and Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, Baltimore City Public Schools, and MPSSAA eligibility requirements prior to participation. (FYI: The sooner you complete the online registration and submit a hardcopy of your health history & physical, the better!)

    ***Please note that the online registration is only the initial step in the registration process and does not guarantee a roster spot.

* Register for multiple sports (one per season) by using the "Auto-fill" option after the initial season

REMINDER: Please print out "Health History" and "Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation (see above/ CLICK HERE ).  Once completed by the Authorized Medical Examiner, return to the your Coach or Athletic Director). Thanks in advance.
