​Athletic Participation:

1. Please click on the link below "2019-2020 Athletic Registration."​
2. Create an account (Same account can be used to register multiple student athletes under the same guardian).
3. In the SECTION area, select the appropriate sport (multiple sports may be selected)please choose your sport or sports of choose.
4. In the PARTICIPANT INFORMATION, please complete all of the required fields (* indicates that the field is required)
5. REMEMBER! Upload your physical/health paperwork after you signed all of the electronic and paper forms. 
6. ALL FORMS MUST HAVE THE PHYSICIAN'S SIGNATURE AND STAMP.
