2024 Spring Athletics

Hello Wildcats!

BEFORE YOU REGISTER, Please read all instructions carefully:

1. Please print out "Health History" and "Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation.  CLICK HERE FOR HEALTH HISTORY & PHYSICAL or CLICK HERE FOR SPANISH VERSION.  .  Once completed by the Authorized Medical Examiner, return to Lori Brewer, Athletic Director, prior to trying out. Physical forms may be uploaded under the Physician section of the registration.   Each student must present a completed physical form, OR have a current physical on file. A physical is considered “current” if it has been dated within the last 14 months. 

2. Complete the Online Registration. A parent or guardian should complete the online registration form. INFORMATION NEEDED TO REGISTER: It will be helpful to have the following information handy to allow for accurate completion of your online registration (example: Doctor information, Health Insurance Information, Etc...). If this is not your first time using the online registration system, please use the same username and password as previous registrations.  

3. Registration will close at midnight on February 25, 2024.  You must be registered and have submitted a valid physical by the deadline in order to tryout March 1, 2024.  Please register early!
