REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Complete Your Child’s Athletics Registration Online!

Welcome to the Online Sports Registration Page for Conestoga Christian School. For your son/daughter to participate in any of the upcoming sports seasons, the parent must complete ALL the steps listed below:

STEP 1: Parents must complete the Online Athletic Registration at this site. You will be asked to complete personal information, agree to several CCS athletic department policies, and acknowledge the receipt of some important information. Completing and submitting ALL of the required information will inform the Athletic Director of your intent to play a sport during the upcoming season.

STEP 2: Sports physicals are REQUIRED for all Conestoga Christian School athletes who will be participating in at least 1 sport at Conestoga Christian School during the school year.

Directions for Completing and Submitting the Sports Physical Forms:

Download and thoroughly complete a copy of the PIAA CIPPE Form
Students should take this form along to the sports physical.
After the student-athlete has had his/her sports physical, all completed pages must be submitted electronically through the registration process.
