Eastern Tech Mavericks Out of Season Camp

Summer Camp Objective: Instruction and Skill Development

o    Camps are voluntary for staff and students.

o    Students must register for their 2023-24 sport camp through FormReLeaf and have a valid physical on file.

o    Schools will have the discretion to determine time frames for each individual camp.  

o    Every effort will be made to limit the overlapping of camp offerings to support the multisport athlete.

o    Students can only participate in camps at the school in which they are enrolled and attend.

o    Students can only participate in two hours of physical activity per day.

o    Incoming 9th graders are not eligible to participate until they are officially enrolled in their high school. (After July 1st)

o    Sports camps must take place on the sponsored High School’s campus.  All off-site camps must be approved by the Office of Athletics.

o    The school’s Athletic Director, in consultation with the Office of Athletics, will follow and enforce the BCPS hot weather guidelines.

o    Only approved BCPS coaches may work with students.
