Eastern Tech Maverick:

Thank you for taking the time to register to participate in Eastern Technical High School Athletics.  We are excited for you to take this next step in your high school journey and wish you great success.

Registration Process:

FormReleaf.com is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our athletic programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. 

Paper forms will no longer be accepted, except for the Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation and Medical History form (valid for only one calendar year).  Click here for the physical form. Submit the completed and signed form to the main office.

Online registration is only the initial step in the registration process and does not guarantee participation.  All registering participants will be screened for academic eligibility, school enrollment and various other ETHS, BCPS, and MPSSAA eligibility requirements prior to participation.

How it Works:

1.      Select the Season

2.      Select the Sport 

3.      Fill in all the fields

4.      Review Heat Acclimatization, SCA, and Concussion policies

5.      Sign via Electronic Signature

6.      When you have completed the online registration process, you will receive a confirmation email.

·         Register for multiple sports by using “auto-fill” option after initial registration.

Need Insurance:

If you need to purchase School Insurance, click here for more information.  Students cannot participate without insurance.  Be sure to list “School” as the type of insurance when prompted during the registration process.  Proof of purchase will be required prior to participation.
