Fall 2021-2022 SPORTS SIGN-UPS INFORMATION

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR AUTO-SAVED INFORMATION.

This is a reminder that all students participating in Enosburg Falls High School Athletics must have completed a sports physical every two years in order to participate in any school sports program. Please make sure that your students are up to date as they will not be allowed to participate in any practices, games, or scrimmages until they have submitted proof of an up-to-date physical AND proof of medical insurance.

PLEASE SEND YOUR ATHLETES UPDATED PHYSICAL ASAP.
