2023-2024 High School Spring Sports


Hello Franklin Families, 


In order to participate in a Spring sport at Franklin High School, this entire FormReleaf form must be filled out completely. Additionally you must make sure you have a currently physical on file in the Athletic office. The physical and your FormReleaf registration must be completed by March 1st 2023.
