2018-2019 Sports Registration

You must be eligible to participate in Prince George's County Interscholastic Athletics. Please review the following list with your parents. If you have questions, see your Coach or Athletic Director. You must complete this registration before tryouts.

-I am officially enrolled in High School.

-I received a 2.0 or above during the previous quarter.

-I am younger than age 19 prior to September 1 2017.

-Upload a copy of your most recent physical or turn the hard copy in to your Athletic Director.  Click Here for Physical Form
