2022 Athletics -Spring (1st Practice Day - 3/1/22)

Thank you for taking the time to register to participate in Hereford Athletics!
We are very excited to introduce our new method of registering for your convenience.
Registration Process:
1. Online Registration
2. Submit completed and valid Preparticipation Physical Evaluation to head coach CLICK HERE(valid for 14 months)
3. Complete BCPS Athletic Permit Form
4. All registering participants will then be screened for academic eligibility, school enrollment, and various other Hereford High School, Baltimore County Public School, and MPSSAA eligibility requirements prior to participation.
Please note that online registration is only the initial step in the registration process and does not guarantee participation.

Need Insurance?:
If you need to purchase School Insurance, please visit the following website (Click Here). Students cannot participate without insurance. Be sure to list "School" as the type of insurance when prompted to provide carrier after you purchased it from the link provided. Proof of purchase will be required after registration.
Form Required to Participate:
Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Form
- Must have all required signatures
- Must list the date of examination
- Must be signed and dated by the physician
- Must have physician's contact information completed
- Please request that the form be rubber-stamped with the physician's information
The History Form section will be completed by the parent. After completing, print the form and bring it to your physician for the physical examination section to be completed. The Preparticipation Physical Evaluation is the only form that will be submitted to the coach. All other required forms will be completed online.
