2022-2023 Sports Registration(copy 13)

Important information-First Day of Fall Sports for the 2022 Season is August 10th. Most teams will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 110h. Registration must be completed via the FormReleaf website. Athletic Director E. Lewis will collect hard copies of physicals and permission forms. There will be a Fall Athlete clearinghouse for all paperwork prior to tryouts. All information should be completed before



I am officially enrolled in High School

I received a 2.0 or above during the previous quarter. (4th quarter grades)

9th grade automatically is eligible for the fall quarter. 

I am younger than age 19 prior to September 1, 2022


All Athletes must be cleared by Athletic Director Prior to tryouts. Copies of the physical form will be available on the High Point High School Web site as well as in the Athletic Director's Office.
