Kennett High School
Dear Parent/Guardian of Student-Athletes:
In order to participate (includes try-outs) in any
sport at Kennett High School, your child must have a completed PIAA CIPPE
form (Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation) uploaded to this site, and
the KCSD participation fee to the Hometown ticketing site below before the 1st day of tryouts/practice for a
particular sport. The 1st day of tryouts/practice for
the 2024-25 school year sports are as follows: Fall Sports start Monday,
August 12, 2024 (August 5th for football and golf), Winter Sports start Friday, November 15, 2024 and
Spring Sports start Monday, March 3, 2025.
According to the PIAA (Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic
Association), all sport physicals for the 2024-25 school year must be performed
ON OR AFTER JUNE 1, 2024. Only 1 physical is needed
for the entire school year, provided no physical changes occur to the
student-athlete.
You may sign up for a school physical or arrange for a
physical on your own. Regardless of your choice to obtain a physical, the
physical forms can be picked up in the main office at the high school or
they can be downloaded directly from our website at khs.kcsd.org (CIPPE FORM).

Para poder
participar en cualquier deporte en la Escuela Secundaria
Kennett (incluso en pruebas), su hijo/a debe tener completa la forma PIAA
CIPPE (examen físico comprensivo inicial), el pago y la forma de
participación de KCSD. Estos requisitos tienen que ser entregados
a la oficina atlética antes del primer día de prueba/práctica del
deporte. El primer día de prueba/practica de los deportes para el
año escolar 2024-25 son las siguientes: deportes de otoño lunes, 12 de
agosto de 2024, deportes de invierno viernes, 15 de
noviembre de 2024, y los deportes de primavera lunes, 3 de marzo
de 2025.

la puede recoger en la oficina de la escuela o puede descargarla directamente

KCSD pago
por participación
El distrito
escolar requiere forma de participación y pago para
participar en cualquier deporte a KHS. La forma (que tiene toda la
información necesaria y especifica) puede retirarse en la oficina
principal o pueden descargarse de nuestro sitio Web khs.kcsd.org (Información sobre
examen físico y formas). Como la forma física de PIAA CIPPE, la
forma de participación y el pago necesitan estar completos, y deben

In on the top of the page, click on ‘find organization.’

Search ‘Kennett High School’
4.
When you click on Kennett High School, scroll to the bottom of the page,
under the heading “programs” the registration for the desired sports season
will be hyperlinked (please select the appropriate season such as FALL 2024).
5.
After clicking on registration, please check the box of the desired sport
that you wish to participate in.
The link below is the only page that needs to be uploaded to this site which is completed by a physician. Please make sure the physician signs and dates the form at the bottom of the page. All other sections are completed electronically within this site.
