Spring 2017 Athletics

Welcome to the Spring 2017 Season of Mercy Athletics!!!

Please READ and electronically SIGN all athletic forms located on this site BEFORE March 17th. Spring tryouts begin March 18th.

PLEASE NOTE: If your daughter already registered for a fall or winter sport, simply sign back in to the website using your previous username and password, then click on the "auto fill" drop down box and "select a registrant". All previously saved information will populate in the required fields. Make sure to CHANGE or UPDATE any required information e.g. phone numbers or medical/insurance information, then hit submit.

If you did not receive a confirmation email upon completion, then your submission HAS NOT GONE THROUGH. Please call FormReLeaf Tech Support at (844) 367-6735 if you have any questions.

Physicals CANNOT be uploaded on this site. Please send a copy of your daughter's physical to the main office. All athletes must have an up-to-date physical on file with the nurse PRIOR to spring tryouts, or they will be unable to participate. School physicals will be held Monday, March 6th and Friday, March 10th at 12pm for those in need. The sign-up sheet and necessary forms are available in the main office.
