Milford Mill Millers!


You must be eligible to participate in Interscholastic Athletics. Please review the following list with your parents/guardian. If you have questions, see your coach or the athletic director. You must complete this registration before tryouts begin and YOU MUST ONLY REGISTER FOR ONE SPORT PER SEASON.

Pre-Participation Requirements:

- I am officially enrolled in High School at Milford Mill Academy.
- I received a 2.0 or above during the previous QUARTER!

- I have no more than 1 failing grade on previous QUARTER report card.

- I am younger than age 19 prior to September 1, 2023.

- Upload a copy of your most recent physical and turn in a hard copy to the Head Coach.
