As a reminder, anyone interested in trying out for a team, you must complete ALL 4 steps by
Monday, August 24th.
- Log onto website app.formreleaf.com/organizations/north-bergen-high-school
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and chose your program (High School or Junior High School)
- All athletes MUST Sign Up and Create an Account
- Once you create your account, check your email to activate it
- From your email click the link to activate your account, log in and register.
- Once you complete all the required information, click submit.

The Athletic Department can NOT reset your password YOU MUST REMEMBER YOUR LOG IN INFORMATION
