                                       Registration Procedures

Parents/Guardians,

PHYSICALS MUST BE DATED JUNE 1, 2020, OR AFTER, to be valid for the 2021-2022 school year.

If this is the first sport you are participating in:

Please "Sign Up" by creating a profile then Log In.  Go to "Find Organization" and type in North Penn. Click on "North Penn” then scroll down to “Programs” and click on “2021-22 Winter Athletics”. Please choose a sport and scroll down to “Participant Information” and fill in the info for the student athlete for whom you are registering. Once you have done that, “Submit” will appear at the bottom and after you click that, your student athlete will be registered for their winter sport. To confirm the registration, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please print out Section 5: "Health History" (see below) and Section 6: "PIAA Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation & Certificate of Authorized Medical Examiner" (see below). Complete Section 5 and take along with Section 6 to an Authorized Medical Examiner. Once Section 6 has been completed by the Authorized Medical Examiner, return Section 6 to the NPHS Athletic Office or NPHS Athletic Trainers, Melissa Rosenberger or Mike Burke. (Form must be completed after June 1, 2021).

If you already registered and did NOT see a doctor for an injury during fall sports:

Please “LogIn” using your previous log in information. “Click on North Penn High School” then scroll down to “Programs” and click on “2021-2022 Winter Athletics”. Please choose a sport and scroll down to “Participant Information” and select “Auto Fill” for the student athlete for whom you are registering. The data will then be filled in but you MUST resign each item at the bottom, which will recertify your child for the winter. Once you have done that, “Submit” will appear at the bottom and after you click that, your student athlete will be registered for their winter sport. To confirm the registration, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you already registered and DID see a doctor for an injury during fall sports:

Once you have done that, “Submit” will appear at the bottom and after you click that, your student athlete will be registered for their winter sport. To confirm the registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Along with the registration, a doctor must clear the athlete to participate by filling out a Section 8 form (see below). This form is the only document that allows your previously injured fall athlete to participate in the winter.
