                                                     Registration Procedures

Parents/Guardians,

PHYSICALS MUST BE DATED JUNE 1, 2022, OR AFTER, to be valid for the 2022-2023 school year. They are then valid until May 31st, 2023 or the conclusion of the spring sports season.

 If you registered last year:

Please choose a sport and scroll down to “Participant Information” and select “Auto Fill” for the student athlete for whom you are registering. The data will then be filled in but you must sign each item at the bottom, which will recertify your child for the fall. Once you have done that, “Submit” will appear at the bottom and after you click that, your student athlete will be registered for their fall sport. To confirm the registration, you will receive a confirmation email.​

Print Out Section 6 "Health History" and Section 7 "PIAA Comprehensive Initial PreParticipation Physical Evaluation & Certificate of Authorized Medical Examiner". Complete Section 6 and take along with Section 7 to an Authorized Medical Examiner. Once Section 7 has been completed by the Authorized Medical Examiner, return Section 7 to the NPHS Athletic Trainers or NPHS Athletic Office. (Forms must be completed after June 1, 2022). ​

If you did not register last year:

Please choose a sport and scroll down to “Participant Information” and fill out each field. Required fields have a red star. When finished, click "Submit" located in lower right hand corner. You will receive a confirmation email that it was completed. If you do not receive an email, please go back through and find what you are missing and resubmit.

AFTER REGISTERING HERE, you will get a link to take the ImPACT test within 72 hours, if you need it.

• You will take the ImPACT test at home before you can start tryouts for your sport
• Your link will be sent to the email address you registered on here with. It is good for 2 years.
• This test does not diagnose concussions, it is a tool to be used if you sustain a concussion as diagnosed by a doctor.
