If this is your first time signing your student up for a sport, you must create a new account. All returning athletes must use their previous login.
Physical Information:
HIGH SCHOOL WINTER SPORTS start on Monday, November 16th.
High School online registration opens Friday October 16th.
High School Winter Sports Physicals are on Thursday, November 12th in the HS Nurses' Office BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (must email cucker@nyackschools.org to be put on the list).
MIDDLE SCHOOL/MODIFIED WINTER SPORTS begin November 30th with online registration opening November 2nd.
MIDDLE SCHOOL Winter Sports Physicals are Tuesday, November 24th after school BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (Must email kkelly@nyackschools.org to be put on the list.)
HIGH SCHOOL parents/guardians should email the HS Nurse at cucker@nyackschools.org and MIDDLE SCHOOL parents/guardians should email the MS Nurse at kkelly@nyackschools.org to check if their student(s)'s last physical on file is valid for the WINTER Season (must be dated on or after November 1st of 2025).
Your registration is only complete IF you get a screen message like the following PLUS a confirmation email. If you do not receive BOTH, it means your registration is INCOMPLETE. Please sign into your account again, look to see if there is anything under "INCOMPLETE REGISTRATIONS" and make sure that EVERY question is answered and all signature spots are signed; then resubmit. Incomplete registrations CANNOT be processed or cleared.
