Passaic Arts and Science Charter School

Welcome to the Passaic Arts and Science Charter School Sports Registration for Passaic and Clifton-Passaic Middle and High School Students! 

All Registrations must be done BY or WITH a Parent/Guardian

Accounts should be made with a parent/guardian email that is checked regularly 

Be sure to carefully select the proper SCHOOL and GRADE LEVEL

Both Registrations and NJ Medical Eligibility Forms are required for tryouts and participation 

Registrations must be submitted by the deadline, no exceptions. 

NJ Medical Eligibility Forms must be approved by our School Physician in order to tryout/participate.

NJ Medical Eligibility Forms can be found in the NJ Pre-Participation Examination(PPE) Packet

Please verify with your Athletic Trainer, Athletic Coordinator, or Athletic Director that all materials have been successfully submitted before the deadline.
