2020-21 Middle School Spring Sports

Registration for Middle School Spring sports 2021, based on the School Board's approval of any activities.

Please Note: All athletes must have on file in the nurse's office a physical exam dated no earlier than 13 months prior to the current date. This is in compliance with district Policy JLCA.  For clarity--"current date" means that a student-athlete's physical may become non-compliant during the season should the date be too long ago. It does not mean 13 months from today, or the first day of the season, but the current date at that time.
