2020 Fall Sports Registration

Hello Parents & Student-Athletes and Welcome to Form Releaf, 

Form Releaf is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for Towson High School Athletics. Fall Sports registration will be done electronically except for the sports physical forms. Sports physical forms can be scanned and sent to Justin Nash (jnash3@bcps.org) or you can mail it to Towson High School, attn. Athletic Director-Justin Nash.

To Register: 
1. Select the Season, Select the Sport, Fill in all the fields, and Review Heat Acclimatization, Sudden Cardiac Awareness, Informed Consent Video, Parent/Athlete Contract, Code of Conduct, and Concussion Policies. Sign off using an Electronic Signature when you have completed the online registration process.
