Fall Sports Registration 2022-23

FALL 2022 REGISTRATION AND PHYSICALS DUE BY AUGUST 4TH

Hello Parents & Student-Athletes and Welcome to Form Releaf,

Form Releaf is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for Towson High School Athletics. 2022 Fall Sports registration will be done electronically. Physical forms can be uploaded directly to the Form Releaf website. If you have trouble with the upload, please scan and email the document to Mr. Nash at jnash3@bcps.org. (PDF file)

Physicals are valid for one year from the date of the exam and must be on the approved form (link for form below). Student-athletes who do not have a valid sports physical and do not register will not be permitted to tryout for fall sports. No exceptions.

To Register:

1. Select the Season, Select the Sport, Fill in all the fields, and Review Heat Acclimatization, Sudden Cardiac Awareness, Informed Consent Video, Parent/Athlete Contract, Code of Conduct, and Concussion Policies. Sign off using an Electronic Signature when you have completed the online registration process.

2. Physical Form with the Covid-19 Update-mpssaa.org
