Winter Sports Registration (2019-20)

Hello Parents & Student-Athletes and Welcome to Form Releaf,

 
Form Releaf is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for Towson High School Athletics. Winter Sports registration will be done electronically except for the sports physical forms. Completed sports physical forms can be scanned and sent to Justin Nash (jnash3@bcps.org) or you can mail or drop them off to the main office.  Physicals are good for one year from the date of the exam. 

To Register: 
1. Select the Season, Select the Sport, Fill in all the fields, and Review Heat Acclimatization, Sudden Cardiac Awareness, Informed Consent Video, Parent/Athlete Contract, Code of Conduct, and Concussion Policies. Sign off using an Electronic Signature when you have completed the online registration process. You will receive a confirmation email. 
2. Submit completed and valid Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation to the Athletic Director, Justin Nash. CLICK HERE-http://towsonathletics.digitalsports.com/forms/ for the physical form (valid for only one year). 

3. All registering participants will then be screened for academic eligibility, school enrollment and various other Towson High School, Baltimore County Public School and MPSSAA eligibility requirements prior to participation.
