LATE Wrestling Registration 2023-24

WINTER 2023-24 REGISTRATION AND PHYSICALS DUE BY NOVEMBER 14th

Hello Parents & Student-Athletes and Welcome to Form Releaf,

Form Releaf is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for Towson High School Athletics. 2023-24 Winter Sports registration will be done electronically. Physical forms can be uploaded directly to the Form Releaf website or emailed to Mr. Nash at jnash3@bcps.org (PDF file).

Physicals are valid for 14 months from the date of the exam and must be on the approved form (link for form below). Student-athletes who do not have a valid sports physical and do not register will not be permitted to tryout for fall sports. No exceptions.

To Register:

1. Select the Season, Select the Sport, Fill in all the fields, and Review Heat Acclimatization, Sudden Cardiac Awareness, Informed Consent Video, Parent/Athlete Contract, Code of Conduct, and Concussion Policies. Sign off using an Electronic Signature when you have completed the online registration process.

2. Physical Form Link
