Spring Sports Registration 2024

Spring 2024 REGISTRATION

Hello Parents & Student-Athletes and Welcome to Form Releaf,

Form Releaf is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for Towson High School Athletics. 2023-24 Winter Sports registration will be done electronically.

NEW PROTOCOL: Please email (dcostabile@bcps.org) or drop off (Room: 256) physical forms to our Athletic Trainer Dom Costabile.

Physicals are valid for 14 months from the date of the exam and must be on the approved form (link for form below). Student-athletes who do not have a valid sports physical and do not register will not be permitted to tryout for fall sports. No exceptions.

To Register:

1. Select the Season, Select the Sport, Fill in all the fields, and Review Heat Acclimatization, Sudden Cardiac Awareness, Informed Consent Video, Parent/Athlete Contract, Code of Conduct, and Concussion Policies. Sign off using an Electronic Signature when you have completed the online registration process.

2. Physical Form Link
