2023-2024 Spring Sports

 Woodlawn Warrior Parents/Guardians,

Thank you for taking the time to register to participate in Woodlawn Athletics! 

Registration Process: 

1. Online Registration 

2. Submit a completed physical evaluation form from a Physician. Physicals are valid for 14 months.

Please print to fill out and bring to a doctor to have the physician sign your sports physical.

3. All registering participants will be screened for the following prior to participation:

     A.academic eligibility

     B. school enrollment 

     C. MPSSAA eligibility requirements. 

The formreleaf registration is the initial step in the process. All 3 steps listed above must be completed prior to participating. 

Need Insurance?

If you need to purchase School Insurance, please visit the following website (Click Here).  Students cannot participate without insurance.  Be sure to list "School" as the type of insurance when prompted to provide a carrier after you purchased it from the link provided.  Proof of purchase will be required after registration.
