Bocce Registration

Parents/Guardians,

BEFORE YOU REGISTER:  Please take note, students interested in WINTER CONDITIONING may not linger around school from dismissal until the session starts.  They must leave school unless they're under the direct supervision of a teacher, coach, or administrator.  Failure to do so will result in termination from future sessions.

*A valid sports physical is required to play high school sports in Maryland.  Please make sure that you down load the most recent form from the MPSSAA website, (you may use this link to print a physical mpssaa.org and please make sure the physical is stamped from the doctor and no more than 14 months old.  

Please print out "Health History" and "Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation" (Valid for 14 Months from the date of the exam).  Once completed by the Authorized Medical Examiner, please email the entire physical to mmcewan@bcps.org 

INFORMATION NEEDED TO REGISTER: It will be helpful to have the following information handy to allow for accurate completion of your online registration (example: Doctor information, Health Insurance Information, Etc...)
