Parents/Guardians,

BEFORE YOU REGISTER: Please take note, students interested in athletic teams may not linger around school from dismissal until practice starts. They must be under the direct supervision of a teacher, coach, or administrator. Also students must be in class during the school day, students caught cutting class or lingering in the halls instead of class, may be removed from the team. Failure to do so will result in termination from the season.

*A valid sports physical is required to play high school sports in Maryland. Please make sure that you download the most recent form from the MPSSAA website, (you may use this link to print a physical mpssaa.org and please make sure the physical is stamped from the doctor and no more than 14 months old.

Please print out "Health History" and "Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation" (Valid for 14 Months from the date of the exam). Once completed by the Authorized Medical Examiner, please email the entire physical to mmcewan@bcps.org

INFORMATION NEEDED TO REGISTER: It will be helpful to have the following information handy to allow for accurate completion of your online registration (example: Doctor information, Health Insurance Information, Etc...)

You must click the link below and register on the CIAN website if you're unvaccinated to consent to weekly testing. If you are vaccinated please upload your card to CIAN and also to our school nurse Kelly Gold at kgold@bcps.org
