Winter 2022-2023

Hello Panther Nation:
Thank you for taking time to register to participate in Pikesville Athletics! Registration is open and will officially close for the winter 2022-2023 season on November 1, 2022. 

Registration Process:

1. Online Registration (After you submit your registration please check to make sure it is completed. You can do this by logging into your formreleaf account. If completed, your status will say winter 2022-2023 complete in green; if incomplete, your status will say winter 2022-2023 incomplete in red. Also, after your registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. 

2. A completed and valid Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation must be submitted. Physicals are good for 14 months, so if you have a physical on file from the previous season there is no need to submit again. If you need to submit a physical you can upload page 4 - Preparticipation Physical Evaluation - Medical Eligibility Form on formreleaf or turn in the original hard copy to the Athletic Director. Please do not email or submit via Schoology.

3. Students needing health insurance for interscholastic athletics CLICK HERE for English or CLICK HERE for Spanish.

Please note that the online registration is only the initial step in the registration process and does not guarantee participation. In order to be cleared to participate in sports, players need to be academically eligible, complete this online registration, have a current physical on file (all 6 pages), and have health insurance.
