2022-2023 Spring (Tennis, Track & Field and Allied Softball)

Hello Parents & Student-Athletes, Welcome to Ridgely Middle Sports , 

We will be using FormReleaf to register for all BCPS sponsored sports

FormReleaf is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for Ridgely Middle School Athletics. Spring  Sports registration will be done electronically except for the sports physical forms and the Covid-19 sign-off sheet. Sports physical forms can be scanned and uploaded  to this site.

To Register include both sections 1 and 2: 
1. Select the Season, Select the Sport, Complete all the required fields, and Review Heat Acclimatization, Sudden Cardiac Awareness, Informed Consent Video, Parent/Athlete Contract, Code of Conduct, and Concussion Policies. Sign off using an Electronic Signature when you have completed the online registration process.  

2. Upload your completed child's Physical Form signed and stamped by physician - Physical and Permit forms Click Here

3.  For specific questions contact the coach directly.

4. Some sports have a limited number of athletes allowed.
